WELDING WITH PUNCTUAL WELDER
Punctual welder is a device designed for welding of flat wire netting (fence panels) made from round steel bars with a diameter of φ 4 mm ÷ φ 10 mm.
This method of welding ensures joining the particular netting wires without the necessity of using additional electrode. During the process of welding the wires are warmed up to the temperature of 1200° - 1500°C, which facilitates tightening and joining of elements. The greatest advantage of this method is lack of thickenings or weaken resistance of material in the places of punctual welding.ZINCING PROCESS
In the zincing process there is an anticorrosive zinc coating adhering directly to the steel surface. Such solution influences significantly on durability and visual appearance of the fence. All elements of the fence are zinced with fire according to the EN ISO 1461 standard.LACQUERING PROCESS
Powder lacquering guarantees long-term and effective protection of the fence surface, even in extreme weather conditions. The company NOBESO has modern and automatic powder paint shop, able to lacquer elements with maximal amount of 6500mmx2600mmx1000mm.
We lacquer in each color from the RAL palette.
